Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Reykjavik in Iceland. She is a CrossFit professional athlete. The co-owner is Crossfit Reykjavik where she also coaches and trains. Annie has the distinction of being only one woman who has ever won the CrossFit Games two times. Annie was second at the in the 2010 and the 2014 CrossFit Games. Annie Thorisdottir, an Icelandic CrossFit weightlifter and media celeb as well as a CrossFit competitors - is an Icelandic CrossFit athlete from Iceland. It was her fame that made her the first female to win achieved two wins at the CrossFit Games, in 2011 and 2012. She also won the Dubai Fitness Championships in 2017, and 2013. Annie was born in Iceland, Reykjavik and with her parents. She enjoyed playing sports and was active from when she was a young age. In 2009 she competed at her very first CrossFit game in California. Annie also won the CrossFit Games in 2012 due to her exceptional performance. She was the first female athlete to win at least two CrossFit Games at once. In 2014, she was awarded a gold medal. Then in 2021 she won the bronze medal. Annie currently coaches and trains Crossfit Reykjavik. This gym was founded by Annie.
